I am Chris Flowers.

I love to tell stories, and I’m always looking to explore new professional opportunities.

I’ve taken on many roles over the past decade:

•Field Production- Organizing shoots across the country and leading a crew to ensure quality audio, video and content are delivered

•Pre-production- Using databases like LexisNexis to research stories and contact potential interview subjects to ask for their participation

•Writing- Pitches, treatments, scripts delivered on tight deadlines

•Post-production- Managing a team of editors working on a series to keep every episode on schedule and direct their work either in person or through script notes

•Editing/VFX- AVID Media Composer, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Mocha Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Blender, Substance, Audition

I’ve put together a home production studio that’s able to take on a wide range of projects:

•Two Blackmagic Cinema 4K cameras, Canon DSLR

•Broadcast lighting kit, portable green screen

•Recording studio with over a dozen microphones, Behringer X32 mixer, treated recording booth

•DJI Mini 4 Pro drone with a full set of ND/PL filters and spare batteries

•Capture devices to allow livestreaming over OBS using any combination of audio/video inputs from the studio

I have hundreds of credits on true crimes series like Snapped and Murder Comes to Town — including 60 as field producer. I also pitched and developed Investigation Discovery’s Atlanta Justice after meeting Nicole Redlinger and recognizing her potential as a host.

I’m helping my dad produce videos he shares with his patients. We’re focusing on subjects he can better explain with visual elements I create in After Effects.

Sometimes I bring my gear along when I’m doing something with friends and film little snippets to share with them.
